James Mulligan O.T.

Mr. Mulligan specializes in Optics and the manufacture of eyewear. Jim Mulligan is originally from Reading, Pennsylvania. He attended Penn State University and received a certificate in Ophthalmic Dispensing from Reading Area Community College in 1976. He is also certified by the American Board of Certified Opticians.

Jim is a member of the Pennsylvania Opticians Association and former state director as well as the Medicare Chairman. He is currently on the advisory Board for the Optical Resources Buying Group in Louisville Kentucky. He is a founding member of Bouquet Mulligan DeMaio Eye Professionals. Jim is an avid triathlete and skier and currently lives in Hershey with his wife and two sons.
