Dr. Ray DeMaio, M.D.
Dr. DeMaio is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist. He completed his Ophthalmology training in 1996 at the M.S Hershey Medical Center. He received his Batchelor’s degree (BS) in Biochemistry from Albright College in 1988 and received his Medical Degree (MD) from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia in 1992. He specializes in General Ophthalmology with a primary focus of Cataract Surgery, and he also performs diabetic, glaucoma, and general eye care. He and his wife Sarah reside in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.
Jim Mulligan, O.T.
Jim Mulligan is a founding member of Bouquet Mulligan DeMaio Eye Professionals and specializes in optics and manufacturing eyewear.
He attended Penn State University and received a certificate in Ophthalmic Dispensing from Reading Area Community College. He is certified by the American Board of Certified Opticians. Jim is a member of the Pennsylvania Opticians Association and has served as the state director and Medicare chairman. He is a member of the advisory group of the Optical Resources Buying Group, based in Louisville, KY.
Dr. Robert Hoglund, O.D.
Dr. Hoglund grew up in Lebanon County, PA and is a 1997 graduate of ELCO High School. After high school, he studied Biology at Millersville University. He was a pole vaulter on the Track and Field team while at Millersville. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2001. Dr. Hoglund received his Doctorate in Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2005. Two weeks after graduation, Dr. Hoglund started working for Bouquet Mulligan DeMaio Eye Professionals and has been here ever since.
Dr. Hoglund married his high school sweetheart in 2002. They live in Myerstown with their four children and two dogs. Most of his free time is spent driving his children around to various activities, but he enjoys fishing, cooking, and riding his ATV if time allows. He is a member of Lifeway Church in Lebanon, PA. He enjoys listening to praise and worship music.
While Dr. Hoglund practices primary care optometry, but has a special interest in complex contact lens problems.
Dr. Beth Walmer, O.D.
Dr. Walmer is a graduate of Lower Dauphin High School. She completed her undergraduate studies at Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA and received her doctorate in Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Walmer completed a residency in the medical treatment of eyes. She specializes in pediatrics, post concussion, medical eye conditions, and has been practicing for over 25 years. Campbelltown is where she resides with her family. They enjoy camping, biking, hiking and golfing.
