I worked with Jess today and she provided the best customer service experience. She went so far above and beyond that I wanted to give her credit. I came in because my glasses were broken, and I needed a replacement pair. There was an issue with my insurance, so Jess spent considerable time working with her billing department and management to get the issue squared away for me. She was able to fully utilize my insurance benefit which saved me hundreds of dollars. Furthermore, she worked with the staff to salvage my blue light lenses from my broken pair of glasses and got them installed in a new set of frames that were the same brand and style as my broken frames, which again saved me a lot of money. She was so friendly and helpful the entire time, and I could not have been more happy with my experience. Thank you so much Jess! You went above and beyond to help me out and I am so grateful. It was wonderful working with you, and you demonstrated a high level of servant leadership with a wink and a smile. I cannot say enough nice things about my positive experience. I have already told three people close to me about how well I was treated, and I hope this review reaches many more. It is so rare to find the level of care, help, and genuine kindness that I received today. Keep up the good work!

I'm not local and was travelling for work today. My glasses broke and I was scrambling to find a replacement in time to drive home the following morning. Kim assured me over the phone that they'd be able to assist. A short drive from Harrisburg later and I was warmly welcomed by truly professional staff. My optician (I wish I could remember his name) was patient and easy to work with. I had brand new beautiful frames and lenses in less than an hour at a very reasonable price. I wish I lived closer as this would be my go for all my families eye care needs. Would give 10 stars if possible.

I am new to Bouquet Mulligan DeMaio and actually followed Hans (optician) from Mechanicsburg. Hans has been helping me and my 2 kiddos for 8 years or so. Until I met him, I never had help finding glasses. When I found out he was leaving the office in Mechanicsburg, like so many other people, I was crushed. Receiving the level of customer service Hans gives to all of his clients, I knew I was taking the hike from Enola to Cleona. I knew I was going to receive top notch customer service from Hans but wasn’t sure about the rest of the staff. I am happy to say everyone was very friendly. One of the things that stood out to me was how helpful and kind staff was to each other. Starting a new job is hard but having a good work environment and happy coworkers make it a lot easier. If you are looking for a new eye doctor, a huge selection of glasses, and friendly staff…Bouquet Mulligan DeMaio is the place to go!

I have been a patient at BMD for many years. Dr. Walmer and her team are thorough and take time to answer any concerns. Office and optical staff are helpful and pleasant.

I don't usually leave reviews unless a place is either exceptionally good (or terribly bad), but Bouquet Mulligan deserves this one. I had an issue getting contact solution due to a shortage in stores (I need a specific brand since I'm allergic to most others), and this office went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed.The staff is always helpful, and their selection of frames and sunglasses far surpasses anywhere else in the area.

Always a great experience

I lucked out and received an appointment earlier than expected through a cancellation .I had a droopy eye and double vision and had to have a diagnosis to determine course of treatment. It ended up I was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis which is an autoimmune disease:( I was devastated! Dr DeMaio put my mind at rest and explained everything to me.The only problem was I had to find a neurologist to take me for treatment. All in all it took awhile to find one with a close appointment.But thanks to Dr DeMaio I am currently receiving medicines,having proper tests and hanging in there. I thank him for helping to diagnose me!Mary
